**Position Reports To**:Concierge, Senior Concierge, Assistant Head Concierge, Head Concierge and Front Office Manager

**Tasks/Responsibilities**:

- Objective:_
- To provide an efficient, polite and courteous service at the Front Door of the hotel, COMO Metropolitan London’s first impression.
- To maintain standards of service in your job and for the Hotel. Delivering a caring and professional service as a team member with passion and style. To have a high degree of guest recognition and to be able to assist hotel guests with parking and moving their vehicles in a professional manner.
- To ensure every guest receives service that is consistent and in line with COMO Metropolitan London’s mission statement and required LQA standards.
- Function:_
- Attend briefings before the beginning of the shift. Attend meetings and training sessions when required.
- Keep the Front Entrance in an orderly state, ensuring all areas are tidy and well kept.
- Greet, assist and direct people when arriving or departing the hotel.
- Assist arriving/departing guests with their luggage.
- Arrange black cabs services for guests whenever required.
- Park cars for hotel guests, Nobu London diners and the hotels restaurant patrons. Have full knowledge of charges as well as the congestion charging hours and prices.
- Assist luggage porters in all aspects of their job whenever required.
- Be familiar with Hotel products and all departments within the Hotel.
- Have a good knowledge of surrounding areas.
- Be fully conversant with fire and emergency procedures.
- Adhere to the grooming standards of the Hotel.
- Assist with any other duties as is reasonably required.
- Perform all LQA standards on shift.

From time to time you may be asked to undertake duties that are not included in this job description. You should agree to undertake these duties as long as the request is reasonable and will not affect your health, safety or security.

**Salary**: £25,200.00 per year
