**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience as a **Luggage Porter** in a hotel would be beneficial but not essential
- A smart and professional appearance
- A positive attitude and good communication skills
- A willingness to take on physically demanding job
- Careful when driving guest's cars
- **You must hold a valid driving licence**

**What you will be doing**:

- Greets all guests at the Front Door politely and courteously and guides them towards the reception desk or function rooms.
- Assists guests with their luggage for both check-ins and check-outs.
- Carries guests' luggage to the room upon check-in and check-out.
- Ensures that all guest property is safely handled and/or stored in the Luggage Room.
- Complies with standards of grooming and personal hygiene.
- Cleans ashtrays and lobby area neat and orderly.
- Replaces Doorman at the door, whenever necessary.
- Handles vehicle parking for guests as per procedure.
- May have to work as night porter when required.

**What do we offer**:
A salary of £22,568.00 per year, plus department incentives + Loyalty Bonus (£1.300 per year) plus hotel benefits and staff canteen with free meals during your shift. Apart from that you will also have great career progression opportunities.
