The luxurious Kensington Suite Meeting Room sets the stage for the perfect board meeting, dinner, cocktail or symposium, with natural daylight and a capacity for 60 guests. In addition, Clubino is the ideal venue for private dining, cocktail parties and dancing for up to 180 guests.

**The Role**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen as **Luggage Porter/Doorman** at the Baglioni Hotel London on a full-time basis. We are currently looking to recruit a passionate, enthusiastic and guest orientated individual to join our Concierge team.

Reporting to the Head Concierge, the Luggage Porter/Doorman responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following tasks and performances:

- To offer consistent, high standard service and assistance to Guests and to maintain a lobby presence that offers courteous and attentive service.
- To proactively welcome all guests at the main entrance, taking particular note of repeat guests/VIP arrivals, relieving them of their luggage and guiding them to the reception desk.
- To ensure that all our guests receive fast, efficient and friendly service.
- To deliver guest luggage and packages and record the details in a correct manner.
- To handle and park guest cars, record and charge the guest in a correct manner.
- To ensure our internal Baglioni and LQA standards are respected.

**The successful Luggage Porter/Doorman will**:

- Be committed to respond to guest requests and deliver high level of service.
- Have previous experience in the Hotel Industry and experience in a similar position is preferred.
- Be passionate about customer satisfaction and endeavour to create the perfect customer experience.
- Have excellent grooming standards.
- Have a positive can-do attitude and excellent team player.
- Be fluent in English is essential; other languages would be of benefit.
- Have knowledge of the surrounding area and London, amenities, facilities and attractions would be preferred.
- Have full UK Driving License issued more than 2 years ago.
- Be aged 21 or over due to the motor Insurance policy of the hotel.
