**The Role**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen as **Luggage Porter **at the Baglioni Hotel London on a full-time basis. We are currently looking to recruit a passionate, enthusiastic and guest orientated individual to join our Concierge team.

Reporting to the Head Concierge, the Luggage Porter/Doorman responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following tasks and performances:

- To offer consistent, high standard service and assistance to Guests and to maintain a lobby presence that offers courteous and attentive service;
- To proactively welcome all guests at the main entrance, taking particular note of repeat guests/VIP arrivals, relieving them of their luggage and guiding them to the reception desk;
- To ensure that all our guests receive fast, efficient and friendly service;
- To ensure our internal Baglioni and LQA standards are respected.

**The successful Luggage Porter will**:

- Be committed to respond to guest requests and deliver high level of service.
- Have excellent grooming standards.
- Have full UK Driving License issued more than 2 years ago.
- Be aged 21 or over due to the motor Insurance policy of the hotel.
