We are now seeking an exceptional **Luggage Porter** to work with our talented team in delivering unparalleled guest experiences.

As a **Luggage Porter**, you are part of the concierge team, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience.

Our **Luggage Porter** key responsibilities:

- Part of the concierge team, ensuring smooth daily operations and pro-active guest assistance.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through warm and welcoming guest service skills.
- Assisting with guest luggage requests and requirements.
- Support sustainability initiatives and energy-saving projects.
- Work within a culture of guest excellence, service and welcome.

What We’re Looking For in our **Luggage Porter**:

- Experience in luggage porter roles within luxury hotels.
- Effective knowledge of luggage procedures and guest request fulfilment.
- A passion for sustainability, luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Full-time onsite role: 40 hours per week, with a flexible rota including weekends.
