**Real Estate Finance Operations - Trainer** - **OUR CLIENT** are a well-established and highly successful, dynamic International PropCO who are renowned for creating opportunities for local communities to grow and prosper. Theyhave a proven and longstanding track record of growth and delivery within the real estate sector, with a particular focus on Pan-European commercial property Investment and asset management. They consistently source notable high-growth investment projectsacross continental Europe and the UK and as part of this continued growth, they have created an exciting and challenging new role for a highly organised, driven Trainer to create, support and develop training documentation, policies, business and system processesfor their real estate operations finance team as they roll out and standardise across Europe.

**THE ROLE**: will be focused on providing support and training on lease and financial operations management within the ERP platform being used to manage all lease and finance data. This roll is for a hands-on self-starter who works confidentlyand independently, being able to collaborate well with others. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Developing a training strategy for use across the company, focused on delivering business and system processes for Property Management.
- Working closely with Finance Operations business analysts, internal property management and other finance teams to develop training documentation in English, incorporating jurisdictional requirements.
- Working with 3rd party to translate documentation from English to local language in European jurisdictions.
- Supporting implementation of training platform.
- Providing on-site business process and system training to dedicated asset management and external property management users.
- Maintaining training register and feedback logs ensuring gaps are identified and resolved.
- Working with PFO data quality analysts to identify key areas of concern, requiring additional focus for training.
- Providing regular status updates to the manager and key stakeholders.

**THE PERSON**: To apply, you have to have at least 3 years' relevant sector experience and possess good knowledge of commercial real estate. It is important you are familiar with property systems, processes and ERPs. You must be proficientin training techniques and be a great communicator able to confidently hold training sessions across jurisdictions and manage the room. You will be fluent in English and an additional European language would be an advantage.
