Right at Home Croydon to Caterham is a local care provider, delivering high quality domiciliary care into our clients homes in the areas between Addiscombe and Caterham.

We are looking for a friendly, motivated and experienced individual to join our leadership team, you could be based our Addiscombe office.

We received an Outstanding for being Well Led in our recent CQC inspection. Our inspector made these comments - 'The ethos of the service and the caring, empathic attitude and approach of staff meant people received care that was empowering, outstanding and encouraged people to live their best'

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Manage and own our domiciliary care rota and schedule planning activity
- Applicants need to demonstrate good relevant experience
- Prepare and complete the planning schedule for our carers work each (hourly) care visit for our clients using Access People planner
- Make changes to schedules as required
- Build and develop the schedules with runs and reduce travel time
- Onboard new clients to the schedule, by matching them to carers
- Build professional working relationships with our care team
- Build professional customer service relationships with our clients, NOK and healthcare professionals
- Answer the telephone in a professional and friendly manner
- Be the 1st line of support for carers and clients with care related enquiries
- Ensure compliance is met within the office and the care calls
- Audit client records
- Assist and support the registered manager
- Undertake carer one to ones
- General office administration
- Undertake client care reviews
- Manage the on call (out of office) service at weekends on a rota basis (max 1 in every 3 weekends) and 1 evening per week
- Our care scheduler is part of the care team and would be expected to help with care calls if necessary, but the reality is this will be kept a minimum, due to our excellent carer recruitment and retention

Pay: £29,000.00-£33,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
