This is an exciting opportunity to join the expanding Croydon Branch as a Field Care Supervisor. You will need to be a confident field care supervisor, who is ready to hit the ground running.

Individualised Care are looking for a part time Field Care Supervisor based in Croydon.

Your role as a Field Care Supervisor would be to support the delivery of the highest quality care services by carrying out a range of functions in the field.

This would involve the assessment and review of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction and support of domiciliary care workers.

You will also spend time in the office completing your administrative work and stepping in when it’s busy to help the other office coordinators.

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be passionate about care and support our staff to be the best and make every interaction count.

To be a Field Care Supervisor you would need to ensure the highest possible levels of care at all times.

**The Field Care Supervisor is responsible for**:

- 16 hours of care work
- Carrying out Assessments
- Spot checks
- Reviews
- One 2 one supervisions - highlighted through spot checks
- Appraisals

**You must have**:

- Clear communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Field Care Supervisor
- A passion and drive to move and motivate your teams.
- This role involves a lot of travel so you would need to plan ahead. If you are a driver that’s a bonus but not essential.

This role will be based on an 8 hour shift rota from 7am -3pm and 1pm - 9pm.

You are required to work up to 20-25 hours per week.

You will be paid £15.00 per hour for field care and complex care.
