We are hiring a dynamic and attentive **Field Care Supervisor **to assist us to support client safety and wellbeing to our clients across **Croydon**.

**Field Care Supervisor Duties Include**
- Supporting with Initial Assessment, Discahrges and Quality Reviews
- Assisting Collecting Medications and organising MAR Records
- Liaising with Carepoint Services and other Health Professionals within the Borough to provide a person centred, outcome focused approach to care and support,
- Training staff in the field s to meet standards set within the organisation and Local Authority..
- Conducting Care Visits where required
- Office based duties as required
- On Call (Paid Additionally)

**Field Care Supervisor Essential Criteria**:

- Professional, motivated with excellent time keeping skills.
- Organised, positive with a keen eye for detail.
- Friendly, approachable and passionate about person centred care and support.
- Confident to advocate for client wellbeing
- Knowledge of Social Care services and Quality Assurance
- Advanced Computer Skills, customer service and polite telephone manner
- Unflappable, flexible and reliable - a must
- Keen to undergo Level 4 Quality Practitioner Course or NVQ 3 and above.
