Social Care Office Administrator

We are a supported living and domiciliary home care provider seeking a highly organised, passionate, reliable committed and pro active administrator to join our team.
We are seeking an individual with strong administrative knowledge as well as an understanding of the social care sector.
The role will include
Managing staff files to see that they are upto dates with training, qualificatios, DBS, supervisions,etc
To support and supervise support staff, ensuring services are CQC compliant whilst maintaining high care standards,
To conduct quality checks and service review.
To liaise with the local authorities, staff, managers to request/confirm information on behalf of the senior team.
To handle efficiently company portals.
To assist clients with ongoing maintenance of company, including transfer of data, customer care experience.
To provide backup to the senior team, when necessary.
To provide general administrative and clerical support.
To work hand in hand with the HR, Care Management and accounting and finance department of the company.
To be responsible for the company’s databases and registries.
In due time the successful applicant will be expected to support clients directly.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Croydon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
