**_CUSTOMER SERVICES EXECUTIVE _**
This is a busy and exciting role within our Customer Services Team, based at our Stoke-on-Trent office. This role would suit someone who is either just starting out in their career and would like to gain some office & Customer Services skills, or someone with established skills in this area who is looking for a new challenge. The role will be considered on either a permanent or temporary basis, full-time or part-time flexible working hours will also be considered.
**_POSITION OF THE JOB IN THE ORGANISATION _**

**_MISSION - PURPOSE OF THE JOB _**
Working closely with the Sales Support Manager and FGXE NAM’s to deliver sales targets and key business objectives. Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of computer systems and order processing. Speedy and professional resolution of store/consumer issues.

**_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES_**
- On their designated accounts the C.S.E. will be the focal point of contact for branch level and internal personal. Dealing efficiently and effectively with the majority of queries personally and aiding the National Account Manager with others.
- To work closely with Account Managers in relation to their designated accounts, to deliver key account objective and budgeted sales target.
- Analysis of key accounts weekly sales - EPOS data tracking, including providing the sales Data requested by key accounts each week to the Buying contacts.
- Ensuring that all Client Account details are constantly updated and maintained on the Movex system.
- To aid and supervise the smooth flow of large organisational undertakings such as PLF SOR, and range refresh implementation and returns process.
- To run and monitor Vendor Managed Inventory for designated accounts and ensure the co-ordination with scheduled merchandising calls.
- To monitor merchandising performance in designated accounts and ensure plans are achieved and seen through to completion.
- To deal quickly and efficiently with queries, in conjunction with NAM and meeting target of resolution prior to next scheduled merchandising visit.
- Co-ordinate and schedule new store openings, and facilitate the internal processes to ensure successful implementation in agreed timescales.
- Maintenance and transmission of EDI functions.
- To deal with general consumer enquiries/complaints and elevate as required within FGXE.
- Verify/release FTP file orders on a daily basis.
- Enter manually received orders as director by CSM.
- To carry out such other duties as may reasonably be determined from time to time by the Customer Services Manager/Director of Sales, associated with the role and general responsibilities of this post.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
**Salary**: £12,963.34-£18,031.00 per year

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
