As a Customer Success Executive, you will be an integral part of a renowned company in the small domestic appliances and housewares products industry. **Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Process orders accurately and ensure timely fulfilment, exceeding customer expectations
- Handle customer requests, including line forms, images, specifications, and data analysis
- Communicate and meet customers' specific work requirements with relevant departments
- Manage monthly forecasting and collaborate with merchandising for efficient stock management
- Engage in productive meetings with customers to discuss stock levels, availability, and service efficiency

**Experience Required**:

- Strong Customer Service skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
