Customer Services Executive

Our client is a global provider of vehicle fleet services and employee car benefit solutions.
They are currently expanding their customer service function, with the appointment of a customer services executive to be based from their offices in Stoke on Trent (3 days office, 2 days at home).
Key responsibilities:
Build relationships with customers, creating client confidence, maximising customer retention
Build relationships across the wider business teams, suppliers and outsourced partners
Deal with customer queries or problems quickly and efficiently
Assist with complaint investigation where required
Assist and contribute to customer reporting
Maintain company databases
Where appropriate identify process improvements, liaising with the Head of Fleet Solutions to design and implement any changes
