Working as a Trainee Dispensary Assistant, you will work closely with the Pharmacist and other Dispensary Assistants

Duties will include;
- Preparing prescriptions for checking and dispensing/delivery to patients in our community
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, receiving, storing and date checking medication
- Answering phone enquiries from patients and other health care providers
- Operating computer software to complete patient details, medications and produce labels
- Some retail duties including till operation and cash handling
- Maintaining a clean and tidy environment

You will be required to work to a high level of accuracy, have a good eye for detail and have excellent communication and customer service skills

A minimum of 5 GCSE's (Grade A-C) or equivalent are required. Experience preferable.

Worktime: 24 to 40 hrs / week over 6 days (Mon - Sat, 9am - 6pm)
