An opportunity has arisen for a Medical Workforce Coordinator to work in our Medical Workforce Team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
**We're looking for a team member who is**:
- very organised and has demonstrable administration and support skills, managing conflicting priorities at the same time
- has great people skills with a background working in a professional or customer services environment, who can work with a wide range of stakeholders effectively
- has demonstrable experience and understanding of handling sensitive information, keeping a high level of diplomacy and confidentiality with strong attention to detail
- has an understanding of doctors in training rotations
- has previous experience of working with NHS Medical & Dental national terms and conditions, although this is desirable, along with a good working knowledge of Trac, NHS Jobs and ESR (Employee Staff Record)
In this role you will responsible for providing effective and responsive advisory and administration service for the recruitment of non-training doctors. This will include:
- being the first point of contact for all doctors in training queries
- ensuring an effective, consistent HR service is delivered to all junior doctors in training
- managing the administration of each junior doctors rotation throughout the year
- managing the on-boarding process; Right to Work checks, Referencing, Occupational Health, DBS checks
- working closely with our internal Recruiting Managers to ensure we are recruiting for any upcoming gaps within the services
- Understand the rules and regulations of junior doctors hours and have the ability to build and develop junior doctors rotas
We provide services from two main hospitals, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex University Hospital, and a number of clinics across London and the South-East. We have over 6,000 members of staff that are PROUD to Care for nearly one million people. Both hospitals provide full clinical services, including full maternity, emergency and children’s, in addition to a range of community-based services across London, such as award-winning sexual health and HIV clinics.

We are currently spending £25 million on expanding our adult and neonatal critical care facilities at Chelsea and Westminster and redevelopment of our children’s unit at West Middlesex - in partnership with our charity, CW+ and generous donors.
