We are currently looking for a part-time Membership Admin Co-ordinator to join our wonderful team and support the work of the Alliance for Human Relevant Science. Internally, we refer to this position as an Alliance Co-ordinator.

The Role

As our Membership Admin Co-ordinator, you will provide administrative support for our partnership with the Alliance for Human Relevant Science.

Working in collaboration with our Science Team and Alliance members, you will develop and co-ordinate a Community of Practice to ensure cross-sector collaboration, shared learning and to facilitate networking, acting as a first point of contact. You will also work with the Alliance Steering Group and our Development Team to create and implement a successful Membership Programme for the Alliance for Human Relevant Science.

**You will also**:

- Provide first-class customer care to a wide range of stakeholders
- Co-ordinate and track the delivery of the Alliance Workplan
- Create and implement the communications plan
- Maintain a database of all members and prospects
- Provide administrative support to the Alliance Steering Group
- Organise meetings, preparing agenda and documentation
- Support the growth of the Alliance
- Co-ordinate the development and delivery of virtual and in-person workshops and events
- Act as the main point of contact for a Community of Practice

About You

To be considered a Membership Admin Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Demonstrable experience in providing high-quality administrative support
- Experience in co-ordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience of managing an online platform in an administrative capacity
- Strong database management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Educated to Level 3 or equivalent through experience
- Commitment to the vision and values of Animal Free Research UK and the Alliance of Human Relevant Science
