This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career with a fantastic company who have grown from one store to over 150 stores in six years With their continued growth they are currently looking for an administrator to join the marketing team at their head office in Newbridge, Edinburgh.

The marketing team is looking for an enthusiastic person to come in and support the team in terms of administrative duties, this will include communicating with customers, senior management and VPZ stores directly.

You will be working closely with senior management on the daily, while also working through your work placed diploma.

The job provides immense potential for somebody to gain knowledge and experience in the industry along with a huge number of transferable skills from working in a corporate workspace. You will be working alongside an experienced team who will be supportive, while challenging you to grow into your role at VPZ.

This will be a 12-month Digital Applications apprenticeship consisting of training in Microsoft packages (Word, Outlook, Excel), GDPR, CRM systems.

The apprenticeship training will be shaped to the job role at VPZ.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Managing the shared Marketing inbox
- Updating the Project Management software
- Liaising with other departments regarding the Company Newsletter
- Organising promotional materials to be sent out to stores
- Communicating with customers as first line of contact
- Communicating with senior management
- Working with VPZ stores directly
