This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Supply Chain team and ensure that orders are placed on time, stock levels are managed and maintained to agreed company levels.
The successful individual will work in conjunction with the Product Team, Operations, and our Warehouse to ensure that we are providing our clients with a fast and efficient service and an excellent service by ensuring that stock levels are maintained. Witha focus on customer care, logistics, and communication, you will enhance the customer experience as well as partner relationships to drive for the common company goal and customer satisfaction.
You will gain an SCQF Level 6 in Business & Administration.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure container orders are filled to maximum capacity
- Ensure freight rates are maintained and logged
- Manage all shipping documents to ensure accuracy and availability to ensure on time arrival of goods - Bill of Landing, Commercial Invoice, packing list and certificate of origin
- To Ensure that stock is ordered and delivered in time with the company requirements and is available for delivery to customers with the agreed timeframes
- To manage UK supply chain to ensure prompt arrival of UK sourced goods
- Meeting agreed KPI’s
- Work with and always support existing team members
- Ensure all operational procedures are adhered to
- Liaise with other company departments to ensure all customer experiences are of the highest levels
- Co-ordinate supplier activities to ensure all requirements are met on time, container loading quality, packaging quality, communication, and documentation
- Report to Supply Chain team Leader on all aspects of day-to-day activities
- Follow internal procedures to efficiently record and maintain database information
- Work closely with and always support existing team members

**Additional Information**:
- Salary - £11,000 per annum (salary will be increased to £13,500 after completing a 12-week probation period)
- The salary is expected to be increased on completion of the apprenticeship
- Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch)
