**Responsibilities**:
The FA is directly accountable for the following typical activities:
Have an in-depth knowledge of the office and take pride and ownership of space.
Act as the main point of contact for associates to field questions with a customer centric approach.
Responsible for event set ups including larger meeting rooms in line with bespoke needs of associates, coordinating client conferences room reservations and re-organize furniture as needed throughout the building.
Anticipate needs and proactively assist occupants.
Daily building/floor walk-throughs to ensure space is fit for purpose to provide the best possible workplace experience. Ensure all space is kept clean and tidy.
Support the mailroom/ goods in and be capable of covering for absences as required..
Restocking of consumables throughout the day, monitoring stock levels replenish supplies/equipment as needed.
Responding to ad hoc maintenance issues throughout the day and carrying out basic small-scale maintenance work and minor repairs.
Escort subcontractors and ensure work is completed and compliance is maintained.
Monitor and update the CAFM system ensuring all work orders are completed and signed off within the service level agreement.
Assist with IT system set up
Reporting via CAFM issues to other service lines
Add value in terms of delivery, innovation, and communication.
Reporting any health and safety issues in a timely manner to the appropriate person
**Skills**:Proven ability to build and maintain strong Client relationships.
Service orientation and ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be prepared to work out of normal working hours where applicable.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing business requirements is a perquisite for this role
First aid qualification desired.
Knowledge of health and safety requirements
Good telephone and IT knowledge
Ability to display initiative, confidence and professionalism in all dealings
ExperienceMinimum two years’ experience in a similar environment.
Drive to meet deadlines, manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a large office environment
Must be able to demonstrate flexibility with a proactive ‘can do attitude’
Hands on practical person who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty.
