Are you looking for a rewarding career supporting children in their education?

Due to an increase in demand we are looking for learning support assistants with experience in working with children with a variety of complex needs. The individual appointed must be able to use their initiative and work efficiently in a team, you must be able to engage and motivate the students encouraging their learning.

We are working with a school in the Worthing area who are looking for 2 learning support assistants. This is a Monday to Friday role starting at 8.30 to 3.30pm. this role starts immediately on a long-term basis, possibilities of the role becoming permanent.

**Must have**:

- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- Has a passion to support and empower children and young people
- A DBS on the Updates Service, or be willing to obtain one
- Commitment to safeguarding students and young people

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: £320.00-£340.00 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Worthing, West Sussex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Special education: 1 year (preferred)
