**Learning Support Assistant (Urgent)**

Masterclass Education are working with a local, wonderful mainstream primary School who are looking for a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work with a child who displays challenging behaviour. The school is a fantastic place to work, and they make sure that they provide the very best environment so that the children are safe, happy, and able to receive an amazing education through their academic primary years.

**Job role**:

- **To support the children’s development across all areas of their development**:

- **Support and encourage positive behaviour management**:

- **Work with an individual (1-1) to support the class teacher in specific lessons.**:

- **Ensure a safe and secure environment enabling pupils to feel relaxed and happy**:

- **To establish positive relationships with the children and staff within the school**:

- **To be committed to inclusive practice and making sure every child has the chance to be the best they can be**:

- **To be able to provide personal care if needed**

Masterclass Education work exclusively with a large amount of Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across the area who look for MCE staff to be with them on daily cover, short/long term contracts. Masterclass Education are a part of the REC and Crown Commercial Service, offering the most valued and trusted service.
