**Role**:International Sales Manager

**Salary**:Up to £55,000 (+ Bonus Opportunity & Car Allowance)
Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic FMCG business who are looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this is an exciting opportunity to work for a company with big plansto grow dramatically over the next five years.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop relationships with both new & existing distributors and direct customers online, over the phone and face to face, becoming their 'go-to’ person.
- Discuss manufactured product ranges with both technical and commercial departments to gain product knowledge, identify ways to retain customers and help with further projects.
- Provide & negotiate pricing quotes within business guidelines to convert business, including acceptable MOQ’s, deliverability, margin and terms & conditions of sale.
- Attend exhibitions & conferences as required and follow up leads from these events as well as digital sources &incoming enquires.
- Previous experience as an International Sales Manager, ideally with a background of surfactants.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with a passion for sales and ability to develop long standing relationships.
- Flexibility to travel internationally frequently.
- Fluency in English essential, fluency in other European languages highly desirable.
