Due to our continuing growth, we are looking for a caring and compassionate person, with previous Care/ Care coordinator experience, who is ready for their next challenge to join our live in team.

As a Care Coordinator, reporting to the Registered Manager, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality care for service users in the social care sector by allocating the right staff to the individual clients in accordance with their specific care needs, monitoring the quality of service by working closely with the service users: management, care managers and care workers.

**Duties will include but not limited to**:
Assigning care workers to clients, whilst working within the standards and requirements of the company.

Allocating work to Care Workers fairly and appropriately.

Monitoring of sickness, absenteeism, or holidays, arranging appropriate cover.

Communicating handover information to care staff and clients.

Maintaining accurate records on the system, working with the office team ensuring that all data is relevant and up to date.

Participating in the ‘on call’ on a rostered basis

Submission of KPI’s on a weekly basis
