About Us

24x7 Ltd is a rapidly growing, family-run business providing Home-to-School Transport across the UK for children with Special Educational Needs and vulnerable adults. Established in 2001, we now transport over 7,000 passengers daily, delivering a safe, caring, and reliable service.

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Contracts Coordinator to join our team covering North Yorkshire and County Durham, supporting the day-to-day coordination and forward planning of our student transport operations. This will be a Hybrid position, working from our Ripon office with some home working to be discussed at interview. The role is 37.5 hours per week, that will be scheduled on a rota basis between 6.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage home to school contracts coordinating vehicle bookings for student transport to and from schools.
- Respond to short-notice transport requirements efficiently and calmly.
- Liaise with the Fleet team to ensure vehicles are recovered, replaced, and available.
- Communicate effectively with the council and colleagues to support contract delivery.
- Monitor and maintain compliance of drivers and vehicles, ensuring vital records and documents are renewed in line with council and legal requirements.
- Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks, maintaining accuracy across internal systems.
- Handle incoming calls and resolve operational issues as they arise.
