**Job Summary**
We are recruiting **Agency Locum ST3-ST8 Registrars** to support NHS Trusts across the UK in a variety of medical and surgical specialties. The postholder will work at middle-grade (registrar) level, providing high-quality care to patients during periods of staff shortage, rota gaps, or increased clinical demand.
You will be expected to work effectively with existing clinical teams, contribute to patient management plans, participate in emergency duties (as applicable), and uphold NHS standards of clinical governance, even in unfamiliar settings.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced registrars seeking flexible work and broad exposure to different NHS Trusts and clinical environments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage acute and elective patients at registrar level in your specialty
- Participate in ward rounds, clinics, theatre sessions, or on-call rota as required
- Provide supervision and support to junior doctors and allied staff
- Liaise with consultants, nursing teams, and other professionals to deliver safe, coordinated care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
- Comply with local Trust policies and adhere to GMC and NHS standards
- Adapt quickly to new environments and systems with mínimal induction
**Person Specification**
**Essential Requirements**
- GMC Registration with Full Licence to Practise
- Right to work in the UK
- Minimum 3 years of post-Foundation (FY2) experience
- Specialty experience relevant to ST3-ST8 level
- ALS (Advanced Life Support) certification (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends)
**Desirable**
- MRCP / MRCS / MRCEM/FRCA / MRCPCH or relevant Royal College exams
- Prior NHS experience in the chosen specialty
- Subspecialty interest or procedural skills
- Willingness to travel to multiple Trusts or sites

- Occupational health clearance (immunisations, TB, etc.)
- Enhanced DBS Certificate
- Proof of qualifications
- Two recent clinical references
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6-12 months
Pay: £57.54-£84.99 per hour
Expected hours: 45 - 50 per week
