**OneStream System Administrator**

**Salary**: up to 80K base depending on experience

**_The client_**

The client are the world's leading data, insights and consulting company

**_You_**

The client are currently in need of a new Financial Consolidation system. The current Financial Consolidation system - SAP BFC needs to be replaced with OneStream. OneStream will be used across the business globally.

**_Your responsibilities_**
- Amending and/or creating new models, either directly or supporting super users in doing so
- Managing workflow, permissions & securities changes/issues, and any other system-based administration
- Application management - Copying/Removing Applications in Prod as well as Dev when required
- Training of users, updating training materials as changes occur
- Managing quarterly upgrades, including liaising with both vendor and finance teams
- Working closely with finance stakeholders to maintain a roadmap
- Ongoing alignment with IM function to understand any impact from changes/outages, network issues, and to keep up to date with core ERP roadmap (Maconomy, Dynamics AX, Dynamics NAV)
- Execute general troubleshooting and analysis with the producers as required but specifically during peak periods
- Performing assigned administrator related support tasks under the OneStream implementation project

**_Experience _**
- The ability to facilitate the full change process from Design to Build, SIT and UAT and promoting from Development through to Production
- Experience in working with 3rd party vendors on complex Incidents and Requests
- Experience in developing KPIs to measure and track OneStream statistics and performance queries
- Experience in data analysis and finance processes
