Youll play a key role in supporting global Finance stakeholders, ensuring smooth month-end operations, and helping deliver enhancements and new functionality across the OneStream platform. The RoleAs a Junior OneStream System Administrator, youll: Provide day-to-day support to Finance users across global teamsSupport month-end, half-year, and year-end financial close activities in OneStreamAssist with budgeting, planning, and forecasting processesDevelop cube views, dashboards, and MI reports to support decision-makingMaintain user security, transformation rules, and the global chart of accountsCollaborate with Finance and IT colleagues to resolve issues and implement improvementsDocument processes and support user training where requiredEnsure high-quality delivery in line with best practice and internal standardsAbout YouWere looking for someone who is: Experienced with OneStream , including report development and user supportComfortable liaising with analysts and stakeholders to understand business needsA strong communicator who can explain technical matters clearly to non-technical usersDetail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environmentAble to manage competing priorities and work both independently and as part of a teamYour BackgroundIdeally, you will bring: Hands-on experience supportingOneStream(Quick View knowledge preferred)Familiarity withEPMWare ,Oracle EBS , or other EPM toolsBasicSQL/SSISandMS OfficeexpertiseExposure toversion control (Git)andbacklog management tools (JIRA)Strong documentation and problem-solving skillsTPBN1_UKTJ
