**OneStream Application Administrator**

**The Role**:
As the OneStream administrator, you will collaborate closely with key OneStream Users Groups, including the Group Director of FP&A, CFO, Financial Controllers, M&A team, as well as divisional and territorial leaders across the UK and Europe. Your role will involve understanding the existing OneStream Application, as well as understanding existing business requirements to help deliver and support additional changes and future improvements.

Prior experience as an OneStream Administrator within a dynamic, acquisitive business is highly desired. The ability to effectively engage with multiple stakeholders, manage multiple requests whilst offering effective solutions in a controlled environment are crucial.

You will also be required to collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage your technical expertise to enhance financial systems and drive efficiency in internal and external reporting. As an OneStream Administrator you will play an important role in designing, developing, and maintaining OneStream across the business.

This role focuses on creating robust financial models, streamlining forecasting & budgeting processes, ensuring data accuracy, and facilitating financial closing processes. This role also presents an exciting and fulfilling opportunity across the UK and Europe.

**Responsibilities**:

- To support and assist during the Financial Close; Month End, Quarter End, Year End, providing support as and when required.
- To provide support and assistance for new/updated Reporting or Cube View requests.
- To help control and support the monthly Change Control Process ensuring all PIB controls and processes are strictly adhered and all documentation is accurately stored.
- To work with the NetSuite System Manager and ensure OneStream and NetSuite are aligned and any mapping requirements.
- To assess OneStream new developments and make recommendations for inclusion.

Project Tasks:

- Work with the OneStream Developer in adding further functionality and analysis.
- Develop future Dashboards, Cube Views and improved/new reporting requirements.

**Experience**:

- Professional qualifications in accounting (ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW etc.) or OneStream certification
- Understand of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Familiarity with data integration and configuration within OneStream.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Degree in Finance or a related field.
- Ability to work onsite 3 days a week.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised.
