**Admin Support Assistant (permanent position)**
The role will provide support to various departments when required, but focus predominantly on assistance for our Sales Department.
Duties will include:
Ensuring product detail is correct and up to date on software systems.
Pricing reviews : updating and communicating.
Processing credit notes
Assisting with Invoicing queries
You should have prior experience in an administration role, with good IT knowledge.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work accurately to deadlines.
There will be a requirement to deal with incoming telephone calls, therefore a good telephone manner is essential.
