You will be responsible for:

- Dealing with enquiries promptly and professional
- Ensuring all information is logged accurately on the system

Your confident communication skills, high attention to detail and the ability to build strong working relationships will enable you to excel in this role.

There are a variety of shifts available which include:
A two-week rota of: Monday - Thursday 10am - 6pm and Sunday 9am - 5pm (week 1) and Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm (week 2)

or

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 11am - 7pm and Sunday 10am - 6pm

In addition to working within a friendly team, you will also be entitled to 33 days holiday (includes Bank Holidays), matched contribution pension scheme, free on-site parking and employee assistance programme.
