Temp Charity Event Officer

**Title: Charity Events Officer for a Disability Charity**
**Location: Hybrid home working in the Head Office near Euston Station (NW1)**
**3-month temp role with the high possibility to extend to 6 months. Contract**
**ASAP start**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a variety of 3rd party events from start to finish.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver successful campaigns.
- Work with the Media and Communications department to maximise opportunities to tell supporter stories internally and externally.
- Write and deliver inspiring and creative supporter stewardship journeys across multiple channels to maximise supporter experience.
- Represent the charity at external events and ensure the public enjoy an excellent experience.
**Requirements**:
- Experience of running events from start to finish.
- Experience of delivering marketing campaigns.
- Experience of project management.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines, organise and prioritise workload effectively.
- Experience of managing event logistics and working with event organisers.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: £17.00-£19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
- charity: 1 year (preferred)
- Fundraising: 1 year (preferred)
- Events management: 2 years (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
