Our client, a leading charity and not for profit within the medical domain, are looking for a personal assistant to join their team on a temporary basis for the next 6 to 8 weeks.

We're looking for individuals with strong attention to detail, excellent organisation skills, as well as a passion for helping others. Friendly individuals with a positive, can-do attitude will do well in this role. Only full-time roles are available.

**Location**: Holborn but hybrid working, 1 day in the office per week

**Pay**: £18 - £20 per hour

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Extensive diary management
- International liaison
- Working from the London office and supporting office manager when necessary
- Travel and accommodation scheduling
- Organising and setting up calls and meetings
- Board meeting preparation
- Minute taking on occasion
- Regularly maintain the divisional distribution lists on Outlook
- Expenses submission

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- The ability to work efficiently, accurately, and well under pressure
- Previous experience within a PA or EA setting
- Self-starter, and proactive in all task with the ability to anticipate next events quickly
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail is of primary importance
- Experience and working knowledge of social media platforms
- Willing to travel occasionally - conferences, training etc.
