**Role overview**

Design sits within the Studio team and brings to life everything from brand identities to infographics, websites to reports, social posts, campaign visuals and everything else in-between.

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Midweight Creative Artworker to join our dynamic team.

**We are looking for someone to join us on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.**

**As a Creative Artworker** **at MHP Group, you will**:

- Artwork Creation - Develop and produce accurate and high-quality artwork for a range of creative projects, including print, digital, and possibly outdoor media
- Brand Consistency - Ensure all artwork adheres to client brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of consistency and quality
- Collaboration - Work closely with colleagues and clients to deliver creative excellence
- Technical Proficiency - Utilise a range of software packages, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create visually appealing designs
- Quality Control - Check all artwork for errors before passing for delivery, ensuring that all files are correctly formatted and error free
- Time Management - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality
- Creative Input - Provide input and ideas to the creative process, contributing to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions
- File Management - Maintain an organised archive of artwork files and ensure all work is backed up and stored correctly.
- Have a strong foundation in graphic design, with exceptional skills in artwork creation and a keen eye for detail. They will be responsible for producing high-quality artwork for a variety of media and platforms, ensuring all visual communications meet our high standards and client expectations
- Have degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Have solid experience in a similar role within a creative or design environment
- Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of artwork across various media
- Show excellent attention to detail and an eye for design and typography
- Have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Have good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

**Desirable skills and qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software such as After Effects or Premiere Pro
- Knowledge of print production processes and pre-press requirements
- Experience in web design and familiarity with website projects.
