About the role

We're on the lookout for a detail-obsessed Mid-Weight Creative Artworker to join our growing creative team at Eighty Studio. We're a dynamic marketing agency based in Shoreditch - a tight-knit crew of designers, photographers, and marketers who push boundaries to deliver bold, visually engaging campaigns, primarily within the commercial property and B2B sectors. As a Mid-Weight Creative Artworker, you'll play a key role in shaping the final output of our creative work, translating concepts into polished, pixel-perfect deliverables across both print and digital. Working alongside the Senior Creative Artworker, you'll collaborate closely with designers, account managers, and clients to ensure our creative ideas are executed with precision, consistency, and impact.

This role is perfect for someone with a sharp eye for detail and knowledge of print and digital production. You'll need to be highly organised, quality-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines in a collaborative studio environment.

What you'll do

• Support the team with all design deliverables, ensuring clear structure, strong hierarchy and visually engaging compositions.
• Deliver client amends with care and consistency, ensuring updates are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
• Maintain high-quality of all artwork across a variety of print and digital formats, from brochures, OOH campaigns, and exhibition graphics to web assets, email designs, and social content.
• Support artworking for large-scale campaigns, often managing multiple deliverables and formats across tight timelines.
• Work closely with designers to translate creative concepts into final artwork, ensuring brand consistency and technical accuracy.
• Assist junior team members with feedback, and guidance on best practices.
• Help maintain and improve internal workflow systems and production standards.

What we're looking for

• Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for getting things pixel-perfect.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar creative artworker or graphic design role within a creative agency or in-house team.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite - particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a bonus, but not essential.
• Confidence working across digital formats, knowledge of web assets, UI components, and digital ad specifications is a bonus.
• Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise workloads across multiple projects and deadlines.
• A calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressure.
• A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
