Mid-Weight Wayfinding & Branded Signage Designer We’re looking for a talented, ideas-driven Wayfinding and Branded Signage Designer to join a leading multidisciplinary design studio. You’ll work on high-profile leisure and hospitality environments—creating intuitive wayfinding systems, distinctive branded signage, and standout environmental graphics for globally recognised projects. This hybrid role (London Bridge studio + remote) offers the chance to collaborate with top architects and creatives while shaping world-class guest experiences. What You’ll Do Develop smart, immersive wayfinding and signage concepts across 2D and 3D applications Create branding, logo concepts, and environmental graphics that elevate the built environment Lead and coordinate full signage packages from concept to production-ready artwork Translate client needs into clear, effective design solutions Produce visualisations and mock-ups to sell in your ideas Prepare detailed design drawings and documentation Present confidently to internal teams and clients Support bids and marketing when required About You 3–5+ years’ experience in wayfinding or signage design Strong portfolio showing breadth, creativity, and technical skill Confident in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Strong communication and client-facing skills Bonus: project management or digital design experience How to Apply Submit your CV, portfolio, and salary expectations to .
