Job Title: Mid Weight Interior Designer

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Mid Weight Interior Designer to join Studio Clementine's talented team. This is a hands-on role supporting high-end residential projects from concept through to completion, with a strong focus on technical delivery, FF&E specification, and procurement.

About You:

We're looking for a motivated, design-driven professional with 3-4 years' experience in luxury residential interior design. You'll be confident working across the full project lifecycle, with particular strength in technical documentation, AutoCAD drawings, and FF&E procurement.

You thrive in a boutique studio environment, balancing creative work with meticulous organisation and have a keen eye for detail that ensures nothing is overlooked. This is a great opportunity for a recently promoted Mid Weight designer who is looking to grow within a small interior design studio.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Design:

  • Producing accurate AutoCAD drawings, elevations, and detailed design documentation
  • Creating visual presentations and client-facing materials using Photoshop and InDesign
  • Developing technical packages and construction drawings to a high standard
  • Collaborating with the team from initial concept development through to final delivery

FF&E & Procurement:

  • Sourcing furniture, fixtures, and finishes from luxury suppliers
  • Managing sample procurement and maintaining the studio's materials library
  • Coordinating orders and deliveries with suppliers and clients
  • Building and maintaining relationships with trade suppliers and artisans

Project & Studio Support:

  • Maintaining project documentation, schedules, specifications, and meeting notes
  • Assisting in the preparation and delivery of client presentations
  • Supporting day-to-day studio operations and ensuring smooth project workflows
  • Keeping the studio space organised and professionally presented

Essential Requirements:

  • 3-4 years' experience working on high-end residential interior design projects
  • Strong AutoCAD proficiency – you're confident producing technical drawings and construction packages
  • Photoshop expertise – for creating polished presentations and mood boards
  • Proven experience with FF&E specification and procurement in the luxury sector
  • Excellent understanding of spatial planning, interior finishes, and material sourcing
  • Degree or diploma in Interior Architecture or Interior Design
  • Proficiency on Mac with Microsoft Suite, InDesign, and SketchUp
  • Strong 2D and 3D CAD skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
