As a Gardener at Carden Park Hotel, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our grounds. You will be responsible for the upkeep of our gardens, ensuring they remain vibrant, healthy, and visually stunning throughout the year. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team, contributing to the exceptional guest experience we strive to provide.

**Your day with Carden Park**:

- Maintain and develop the hotel’s gardens, lawns, and plantings to the highest standards.
- Perform a variety of horticultural tasks including planting, pruning, weeding, mowing, and watering.
- Monitor plant health and implement pest and disease control measures.
- Operate and maintain garden machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of seasonal displays and special projects.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the hotel’s management and grounds team to enhance the overall landscape aesthetic.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for gardening and a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of plants, flowers, and garden maintenance techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
- Relevant horticultural qualifications are desirable but not essential.
