**Job purpose**
As PA to the CEO, MD and Board, you will benefit from previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting top-level executives. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
You will have the ability to anticipate the needs of the directors you support, take initiative, and make decisions independently in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving: A proactive problem-solving mindset to address challenges and find solutions efficiently.
Professionalism and Discretion: High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and accommodate the MD's schedule requirements.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
Business Acumen: A good understanding of the organization's industry, operations, and strategic objectives, along with awareness of the MD's priorities and goals.
**Key responsibilities**
Providing co-ordination and administration for the CEO and Managing Director (2 people) and as
required the two additional founders (4 in total)
**→ **Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO and Managing Director, assisting in managing their calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence
**→ Calendar Management**: Manage the CEO and MD's schedule, arrange meetings, coordinate conference calls, and ensure effective time management.
**→ Travel Arrangements**: Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO and MD, including booking flights, accommodation, transportation, and creating itineraries.
**→ Meeting Coordination**: Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as necessary.
**→ Information Management**: Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records related to the MD's activities, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
**→ Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, acting as a liaison between the MD and various parties.
**→ Project Support**: Assist the MD in managing and executing special projects, research, and initiatives, providing administrative and logístical support as needed.
**→ Event Planning**: Coordinate and organize company events, conferences, and other functions involving the MD's participation.
**→ Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion, maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity
**→ **Maximize all opportunities to develop and nurture new and existing relationships (clients, suppliers, colleagues etc.)
**→ At all times, be able to maintain a sense of humour**

**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year
