As a Logistics Team Leader, you skilfully bring to life the Northgate experience, managing the fleet on site to meet the needs of customers and colleagues, ensuring our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there.

**Life as a Logistics Team Leader with Northgate Vehicle Hire**

Our branches are busy, fast-paced places to be and, as **Logistics Team Leader**, you are involved at the very heart of it. You are a key **part of the Branch Management Team**, taking **ownership** for the condition, allocation and utilisation of the fleet at your site, supported by your team of Customer Delivery Agents. Coordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers, your aim is to ensure your team **consistently exceed** customer expectations - whilst you may **set the bar high**, at heart, you are a **people person** and you love to nurture those around you, sharing your knowledge to create a **productive and engaged team**.

Ideally, you will have previous vehicle rental or similar logistics experience to join our team and, whilst having supervisory may be beneficial, what is more important is your customer service know-how, talent for motivating others and finally, your calm,** ‘can-do’ attitude** (along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence) to get things done.
