As part of our continued growth, the opportunity has arisen for a Fleet Co-ordinator based in Leicester/Remote. The primary focus of this role is to ensure effective, efficient and cohesive fleet management across the Bellrock Group. You will need to develop and maintain great working relationships with appropriate personnel at the correct levels both internally and externally and ensure a consistent message is provided.
- Maintain and co-ordinate regular meeting with fleet management company Co-ordinate with Zenith on the fortnightly calls, on order banks, vehicle allocation, rentals, and escalations
- Review the data provided by Zeniths monthly reports, for action where necessary including daily hire rental and drawing out any potential risks or areas of concern
- Manage all vehicles not currently deal with directly through Bellrock’s fleet management company including being the central point of contract for operational enquires and escalations
- Manage the accident claims process for non-Zenith managed vehicles such as Northgate/B38 and maintain the Insurance tracker
- Work with Bellrock’s fleet management company to co-ordinate transition of vehicles to new contracts
- Liaise with Finance and PSC on cost savings and identifying areas where spend is likely to increase
- Work with HR and operations on health and safety, and sustainability, starters/leavers for Fleet allocation, Fleet Audits, Fines and driver checks
- Work with internal stakeholders to incorporate any vehicles and requirements arising from future acquisitions into Group Fleet
- Work with wider Procurement team to deliver all tender and contract renewals in relation to rental, telematics, manufacturers terms, and fuel cards highlighting areas of concern where required
- Manage hyper care for all vehicle off road incidents especially those related to LCV.

In return Bellrock are offering a competitive salary Circa of £28,000 per year. Working hours are Monday - Friday based on 37.5 hours per week and 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays.
