We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our existing team at Head Office.

The Role:
To work primarily within the Purchasing team assisting with day-to-day functions and providing administrative support. To act in a professional manner within all operational departments, to be customer focused, working within the Quality standards and strict H&S culture. The purpose of the role is to develop to become a Procurement professional.

What we are looking for:

- Creating and sending, ROP managed, distributed stock orders.
- Updating Sage X3 with delivery dates and communicating delays with SC team and CS team.
- Adding orders to Import Log.
- Adding shipping information to Import Log.
- Reviewing new items creation requests and forwarding them to Master Data team for processing in Sage X3.
- Keeping price lists up to date and forwarding them to Master Data team for processing in Sage X3.
- Admin support with long term projects.
- Helping to expedite orders and resolve any shipment issues.
- Investigating invoice queries.
- Ad hoc administration support for Prosthetic and Orthotic division in SC department
- Updating supplier trackers and updating suppliers’ bible.
- CRM - investigating and updating customer service queries.
- Periodical analysis of Distributed stock safety levels.
- Reviewing, amending, and creating new SOP’s.
- Placing requisition orders, focusing on consumables and cross departmental requirements.
- Resolving delivery queries raised by Warehouse Team.
- Preparing monthly, suppliers’ performance report.
- Support manager in updating KPIs reports.
- Any other duties as required by manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
