To assist in the day to day running of the delivery to ensure prompt and on time deliveries to customers and depots. This role requires supporting transport and stock control.

**Client Details**

Our client is a well know FMCG business who distributes food products across the UK, based in Leeds require a Logistics Administrator due to team expansion.

**Description**

The Supply Chain Co-ordinator will require the individual to:

- Co-ordinating with stakeholders regarding transport planning and strategy
- Ensuring compliance with the safety standards and transport standard operating procedures
- Handling complaints and processing the urgent ones to senior Management
- Ensuring the safe and timely delivery of products
- Scheduling vehicle maintenance appointments
- Planning daily transport routes and drivers
- Performing relevant administrative duties
- Developing and implementing new and improved transport procedures
- Assisting in training new recruits to the department
- Analysing supply chain data and performance
- Maintaining inventory

**Profile**
- Previous experience in an administration role in Transport, Logistics or Stock Control.
- A Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background
- Good geographical knowledge
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

**Job Offer**
- Salary £21,000 to £23,000
- Company Pension scheme
