The majority of Ellison’s customers are Business-to-Business (B2B) retailers and distributors who purchase, stock, and resell their products to end-users. In addition, Ellison also sell Business-to-Consumer (B2C) direct to schools and consumers via their branded websites and catalogues, or at select creative tradeshows and events. Position Summary: *
This role involves supporting the team to deliver best practise and coordinate outcomes to meet the Sales and Marketing requirements. They will take into account key factors and ensure continuous supply in coordination with cross team initiatives.

In the performance of their respective tasks and duties, all employees are expected to conform to the following:

**Key Areas of Responsibility for Selection of Key Customers (including but not limited to)**:

- Reviewing replen reqs
- Understanding future sales reqs
- Comms with Purchasing on key demand
- Product analysing
- Analysing product costs
- New product system mgmt
- NAV system item mgmt
- Ensuring system information is captured and kept up to date and any gaps highlighted
- Creating and recording product information - Dimensions, images, prices
- Preparation of data for further analysis
- Data entry
- Maintaining key business spreadsheets and communicating any missing data on these
**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Experience in Supply Chain, distribution or manufacturing.
- Must be able to analyse, manipulate, present and summarise data
- Must possess excellent administrative and organisational skills, and a strong attention to detail
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, and be able to work individually or in a team
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, a must
- Must be able to work in a multi-tasking, deadline driven, fast-paced environment
- Must possess excellent goal setting, analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
- Be a self-starter who is motivated, confident, and innovative
- Ability and willingness to regular travel to China (25%+)
**Preferences**:

- Work experience in the Arts and Crafts industry, preferred
- Fluency in another language, a plus
- Busines Administration qualification
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
