Junior IT Healthcare Project Manager

Location:
Hybrid with 3 days in Wrexham and 2 days from home (You need to be willing to attend the office in Wrexham 3 times per week)

Position Summary

This position plays a vital role in supporting the operations of the organization. The successful candidate will assist the team with a variety of responsibilities, including day-to-day trial support, preparation of compliance and validation documentation, and general project coordination within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Trial Support

  • Maintain trial organization, ensuring records and reports are accurate and up to date.
  • Support trial processes and compliance activities.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies with meticulous attention to documentation.
  • Facilitate communication with external clients and partners.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Plan and schedule meetings.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to senior managers.

Scientific Support

  • Assist in writing and reviewing study documents such as protocols, statistical analysis plans, and reports.
  • Contribute to the drafting and coordination of scientific publications, including posters and peer-reviewed articles.
  • Support engagement with regulatory agencies (e.g., EMA, FDA) concerning the qualification of novel eCOA/digital biomarkers.
  • Prepare presentations and create visual materials for internal and external dissemination in line with company standards.
  • Conduct regular and ad hoc literature reviews on therapeutic areas, digital health technologies, and best practices, and share insights with the team.
  • Stay informed about updates in regulatory guidance related to electronic data collection, digital biomarkers, outcome measurement, and decentralized clinical trials.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Research and/or project management experience in the public or private sector.
  • Experience in digital health.
  • Strong interest in digital health technologies, drug development, outcome measurement, and regulatory science.
  • Proactive and creative problem-solver with a pragmatic approach and a willingness to improve processes and share knowledge.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • High level of digital literacy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in technical writing.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Effective presentation and public-speaking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant experience in a comparable role.
