**Junior Product Manager - Wrexham (Hybrid) - GBP 25,000 - 35,000 DOE**
A new and exciting position has recently become live with an industry-leading data and insight company.
They are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join their dynamic team.
As a Product Manager, you will responsible for the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring that the products meet the needs of their clients and align with the overall business strategy and vision.
This role is a hybrid role and will therefore require you to go to the Wrexham site 2 to 3 times a week This means you must live in and have the right to work in the UK.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate in the collection of both internal and customer feedback, using techniques such as interviews, surveys, and other qualitative/quantitative methods, and convert this information into actionable product changes.
- Contribute to design sprints and workshops that encourage group collaboration to solve complex issues.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing for both internal and external users.
- Use data analytics, A/B testing, and other data-driven approaches to facilitate evidence-based decision-making and continuously improve the product experience.
- Collaborate with UX, developers, and designers to implement product changes, such as introducing new features or making design modifications.
- Work closely with Product Managers to ensure the product strategy aligns with the overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing and product developers to plan product launches, identify key user groups, marketing new features or releases, and updating documentation and user guides.
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay up to date on the latest trends and developments.
- Take ownership of your product and manage it with support from Product Management and other stakeholders in Innovation.
**Required skills and qualifications**:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Marketing, Product Design, or Business.
- At least 6-12 months of industry experience in a Product Management-related role, such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, User Experience Researcher/Designer, or Software Developer.
- Passion for product design and usability.
- Familiarity with UX and agile product development processes.
- Ability to think architecturally and process-oriented, with an understanding of user journeys and how to measure and improve them.
- Strong analytical skills and an insatiable curiosity, as well as a penchant for being a usability detective and constantly testing and questioning to find a better way.
- A scientific approach to product changes, including formulating hypotheses and testing them to arrive at the best solution.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to assist Product Managers in gathering complex stakeholder requirements and keeping everyone informed.
- Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for ensuring a positive customer experience and optimal usability.
- Highly organized and comfortable with learning new systems for logging ideas, requests, and other product-related information, to ensure that nothing is missed or lost.
