Leading Law Firm, Lester Aldridge are looking for an Administration Assistant to help support our lawyers within the team with administrative day to day tasks.

The team is part of the firm’s Private Wealth Group and works closely with our teams specialising in Trust, Tax and Wills, Residential Property and Family.

The role will primarily involve administrative work such as file openings, checking client due diligence requirements, filing and archiving, as well as some tasks to progress cases such as simple client letters, calls to asset holders and drafting simpledocuments.

A good work ethic will be required together with the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately.
