**Full job description**:
Countrywide Roofing & Insultation are looking for an office administrator to work within our small friendly team in Bournemouth Town Centre, supporting our Roofing department. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational skills, good communication/interpersonal skills and a friendly approach. Attention to detail is an absolute must, as well as a can-do attitude. We are looking for someone flexible, who is able to evolve with the job. For the right person, this is a great opportunity to get involved with several areas of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting our Roofing department in all aspects of works from start to completion of roofing projects.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and physical records within our CRM
- Provide direct support to Directors Craig & Rhys on the day to day running of the roofing

department plus the occasional requirement to assist various other departments within the business.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, quotations, send
- Maintain relationships and communication with existing clients and suppliers, this will

involve regular updates with our clients during the course of works maintaining a friendly

relationship between ourselves and the client.
- Organisation of all paperwork for works with a visible view for the Directors to easily access
- Supporting when required the administrative lead
- Liaising with our lead installers on site (via the phone) scaffolding companies, council

building control and material suppliers.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, sheets, slides).
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Professional phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills.
- Strong personality that is happy to deal with difficult situations with clients and suppliers.

Wage PAYE- £27,000.00 - £31,000.00 depended on experience (immediate start available)
