Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a crucial role in addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively, coupled with a genuine desire to assist, will be key to your success in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with product information, order status updates, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and potential process improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Pay: From £24,110.00 per year
