**Overview**
**Content publishing**
This role will work with the Content Strategists, Marketing Strategists, and members of the Marketing Operations team to manage content pipeline, driving this with strong organization and communication skills across the teams and utilizing data to support theactivation of content. This role will work particularly closely with the Content Strategist to manage content initiatives and ensure identified audience specific content needs in the EMEA market are achieved. Supporting workflows and understanding campaignobjectives to achieve this, while engaging with social media, websites, and broader dissemination methods supporting the success of content. This role will help manage a personalization strategy for key EMEA audiences to deliver the right message to the rightperson at the right time based on their persona, preferences, and behavior.
**Matrix development**
Working with the Digital Strategists to improve the discoverability, and promotion of content. Supported through data analysis, understanding how our content is used, what initiatives are successful and others that are not. Using this information to supportthe development of content engagement. Including synchronizing efforts across social media, syndication, and SEO, among other channels. Supporting the management of content on the global website across the EMEA regional pages, ensuring these pages follow contentpublication plans and work to further optimize this content.
Responsibilities include collaborating on a content audit, identifying content redundancies and gaps, and collaborating with others in marketing about how to best tailor and develop regional content. The Content Manager will also partner with the analyticsteam and the regional Digital Strategist to understand the efficacy of key touchpoints across the buyer journey and make content optimizations and recommendations.
**Content analysis & action**
Partnering with the Global Marketing team to ensure alignment of metadata, keywords, taxonomy, localization, personalization, and content life cycle. While working with global resources to improve content utilization, the Content manager will need to ensurethis work is supporting regional channel efforts. This role will partner with our SEO/SEM global and regional team members and external partners to help define the SEO strategy for EMEA-focused content terms. Collaborate with the web team and the content teamto develop a unified taxonomy for our content as well as implement a robust metadata strategy.
**Responsibilities**
This role includes working knowledge of and familiarity with content management operations, such as an editorial calendar, content creation workflows and processes and leveraging a robust publishing calendar. As a Content Manager, responsibilities include:
**Publishing**:

- Partner with Marketing Operations team and Editorial to manage the content publishing calendar, ensuring target dates are met and published pieces are communicated to the broader global marketing team and firm.
- Manage internal bi-weekly mailings to communicate the completion of recent publications and provide visibility into content pipeline.
- Review/update expiry dates of the pieces published and monitor metrics.
- Define and oversee CMS publishing process for thought leadership content to global website, this individual will need to engage with Accenture to ensure local publishing is executed correctly.
- Facilitate process for localization and regionalization of content across digital properties in partnership with the Content and Digital Strategists. As we develop our translated content, the Content Manager will need to support the integration of translationsinto this process.
- Partner with Social Media Strategist and Content Strategists to coordinate and synchronize the publishing/distribution of content around syndication, social media, websites, and broader dissemination.
- Manage content in the DAM and ensure all creative assets are tagged, labeled, and filed appropriately.
- Work with the channel strategists to identify strategic local websites & 3rd party sites where content should be disseminated. Collaborate with them to set up a robust distribution model were engagement can be measured so we are able to adapt our contentaccordingly.

**Metrics/Insights**:

- Facilitate quarterly competitive analyses to monitor content developed by competitors and help identify use cases (Accenture).
- Conduct content audits and gap analysis and use findings to develop recommendations to improve content creation/operations.
- Enquiry about content tracking and reporting on a regular basis to quantitative insights to the Content Strategist.
- Review & optimize the website fund page content in collaboration with Product Marketing (incl. translated pages/materials) - ensure pages up to date and optimized to meet SEO standards.
