About the role This role of Graphic Designer, Email & Content Producer (aka Graphic Designer &Junior Production Associate) will play a key role in creating and executing exceptional multi-channel digital experiences, supporting marketing and communication efforts across our pharmaceutical client’s organization. This position combines creative design expertise with strong project ownership, requiring hands‑on proficiency using both established and emerging design and content authoring tools. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment, collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative and accessible digital content. What you’ll do Design and develop engaging, cross‑channel experiences across various digital platforms (majorly email and website) Independently drive, coordinate, and close on design requirements for diverse projects Create and amend a variety of digital assets, including : New email designs and updates to existing emails Develop emails on content authoring tools (using the non‑code tool KNAK) Website designs using existing templates Edits to existing website design Video editing could be a plus Design print assets, including brochures, posters, and flyers etc., ensuring materials are print‑ready Implement best practices in accessible and inclusive design Collaborate closely with marketing colleagues in agile environments Stay current with agile marketing processes and adapt to evolving project needs About you Soft Skills Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong team player with a friendly, collaborative attitude Highly organized, able to multitask and manage shifting priorities Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines Comfortable working independently and proactively in a high‑paced, high‑volume setting Commitment to seeing projects through from inception to completion Youlive & breathe Greenpark’s core values—championing openness, respect, innovation, and teamwork—so that every interaction, both internally and externally, reflects our commitment to our values. Ideal Qualifications Educational Background – Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related discipline 2‑4 years of experience in the creative design domain; experience as a UI designer, interaction designer, graphic designer, or similar role A portfolio demonstrating experience creating great user‑centered designs Experience across a range of visual design skills like animation, iconography production, illustration, logo creation, branding, and interaction design Experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Figma (preferred) Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Invision, KNAK, BEE Editor or Creatopy etc Familiarity with pharmaceutical / health technology is a plus Experience creating production specs / assets, working directly with developers for implementation of designs is a plus Technical skills Experience with digital channels Project management understanding and practice Email or digital design skills Knowledge of usability and accessibility standards, including responsiveness to multiple devices and screen formats, readability, etc. HTML (essential), CSS (preferred), JS (a plus) Additional desired qualities Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry knowledge is an advantage but not a must Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Any Specific tool / platform requirement : Adobe Suite, FIGMA, KNAK.
